The Charlotte Bobcats made a dip in free agency on Thursday, signing former Utah Jazz center Al Jefferson.
The deal for Jefferson is reportedly for three years and $41 million. He is the first free agent from another NBA team to sign with the Bobcats this offseason.
The 6-foot-10, 289-pounder adds depth to Charlotte’s front court to go along with this year’s No. 4 overall draft pick in the University of Indiana’s Cody Zeller.
