The Lady Trojans improve to 4-0 with a 68-point victory Friday.
Madi Story scored 14 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and made six steals in the Bandys victory. Sara Goble scored 13 points, while Morgan Bibey, Sierra Brotherton and Alex Wagner each tallied 10 points.
St. Stephens 57, Bunker Hill 38
The Lady Indians picked up a non-conference win against the Lady Bears on Friday in Hickory.
Lily Killian led Saint (2-3) with 13 points, while Keyona Hicks chipped in 11 points.
Montana Lineberger scored a team-high 11 points for Bunker Hill
Fred T. Foard 56, West Lincoln 36
Powered by Chelsea Turner's 17 points, the Lady Tigers moved to 3-2 on the season.
Kayla Whitworth also had a double-double for Foard with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
Lincolnton 59, Maiden 43
The Lady Blue Devils dropped a home contest on Friday to the visiting Lady Wolves.
Treasure Avery scored a game-high 21 points for Lincolnton, while Alexis Killian chipped in 10 points.
Leading Maiden (1-3) was Sabrien Gaither with 19 points.
Boys basketball
St. Stephens 68, Bunker Hill 50
The Indians remained undefeated on the season with a victory over the county rival Bears.
Marcus Conner led Saint (5-0) with 18 points, while Zach Houston added 11 points and nine rebounds.
Bunker Hill (0-4) was led by Jordan Eckard's 14 points.
Lincolnton 63, Maiden 51
The Blue Devils dropped a home contest to the rival Wolves on Friday.
D.J. Cunningham led Lincolnton (1-2) with 20 points. Alonzo Mobley added 16 points for the Wolves.
Leading Maiden (0-3) was Alex White with 12 points.
Fred T. Foard 70, West Lincoln 49
Four Tigers reached double digits in scoring, helping Foard move to 5-0 on the season.
Ketty Cameron led the Tigers with 15 points. Joe Isenhour scored 12 points and the duo of Jordan Turner and Brice Falgout each had 10 points.
Bandys 70, Cherryville 58
The Trojans picked up their second win of the season, knocking off the Ironmen in Catawba on Friday.
Chris Sorenson scored 15 points to lead the Trojans (2-2). Kyle Tiffany added 13 points and Hunter McCall made 11 points.
Rhyer Davis and Brandon Warren each scored 14 points to lead Cherryville (3-2).
