Bandys senior pitcher Hunter Harvey has been featured by Baseball America on its website.

Hunter, a 6-foot-3, 170-pound pitcher, tallied a 7-0 pitching record this past season with a 1.81 ERA and 106 strikeouts.

His accolades on the field earned him a spot on the All-Catawba Valley 2A team, as well as player of the year honors.
The Trojans finished their season with a 17-8 record, falling in the second round of the playoffs to Wilkes Central, 12-2.
As a sophomore, Harvey was 6-3 on the mound with a 2.86 ERA and 66 strikeouts in 51.1 innings pitched.
Harvey will take the National stage next Saturday, Aug. 18, when he competes in the 2012 Under Armour All-America Baseball game.
The game will take place at Wrigley Field in Chicago. The game, which starts at 12:30 p.m., will be televised nationally on the Major League Baseball Network.
