Police say they know who is responsible for an early morning shooting and robbery that left three dead and another injured.
Catawba County sheriff's deputies issued three murder warrants for Everette Proshau Hewitt, 32, of Claremont.
Hewitt remains at large, and he is considered armed and dangerous.
Catawba County Sheriff Coy Reid announced Tuesday at noon that a third person died from gunshot wounds sustained during a robbery and shooting in a mobile home on Emmanuel Church Road in Conover.
Wade Sigmon, 50, and another unidentified white female were found shot to death shortly before 5 a.m. when the suspect allegedly walked into Sigmon's residence and started shooting.
Another white female and a black male were also shot inside the residence. They were transported to Catawba Valley Medical Center. Reid said the white female died from her injuries Tuesday about 11 a.m. The black male was treated and released from the hospital. Reid declined to release the victims' names, pending notification of their families.
