This week's criminal convictions

The following residents were convicted of felony offenses and sentenced this week in Criminal Superior Court.

* Jody Lee Forbes, 30, of Hickory, was convicted of felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle, felony larceny, felony possess firearm by convicted felon and misdemeanor larceny and was sentenced to 19-23 months in the Department of Correction.

* Robert Djuan Nelson, 44, of Hickory, was convicted of felony trafficking in cocaine and felony habitual felon status and was sentenced to no less than 121-155 months in the Department of Correction.

* Steven Lewis Norman, 46, of Newton, was convicted of felony possession of stolen motor vehicle and hit/run leave scene property damage and was sentenced to 11-14 months in the Department of Correction.

* Betty Ruth Williams, 46, of Hickory, was convicted of felony conspiracy and was sentenced to no less than 5-6 months in the Department of Correction.

* William Howard Bonds, 58, of Hickory, was convicted of felony possession of cocaine.

* Brandon Wesley Eckard, 28, of Hickory, was convicted of felony second-degree burglary and felony assault inflicting serious injury.

* Danny Ray Eckard, 32, of Hickory, was convicted of felony second-degree burglary and felony assault inflicting serious injury.

* Chase Alexander Eckhoff, 16, of Hickory, was convicted of felony breaking and entering.

* James Nelson Fields, 28, of Newton, was convicted of felony possession of cocaine.

* Ivan Eugene Flynn, 41, of Conover, was convicted of felony possession of marijuana.

* David Michael Henry, 30, of Maiden, was convicted of felony possession of cocaine.

* Jonathan Shaquar Johnson, 18, of Hickory, was convicted of felony attempted breaking and entering.

* Chaston Jerel Lawing, 22, of Newton, was convicted of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine and felony sell cocaine.

* Janet Rogers Pinkerton, 53, of Conover, was convicted of two counts of felony aid and abet abduction of children.

* Chad Michael Robinson, 20, of Hickory, was convicted of three counts of felony breaking and entering, two counts of felony larceny, felony possession of stolen goods and two counts of felony financial card theft.

* Craig Anthony Ruff, 16, of Hickory, was convicted of two counts of felony breaking and entering, felony possession of stolen goods and felony possession of burglary tools.

* Dustin Dwight Suggs, 24, of Claremont, was convicted of felony sell cocaine and two counts of felony sell schedule II controlled substance.

* Gregory Lee Vivona, 45, of Hickory, was convicted of two counts of felony possession of Methamphetamine.

* Emily Annette Worley, 25, of Claremont, was convicted of felony identity theft, felony breaking and entering, felony obtain property by false pretense and felony larceny.
