Lestina "Peenie" Hamright Poole, 73, of Lincolnton, passed away Oct. 22, 2010, at CMC-Lincoln.

James Albert Tribble, 68, of Newton, died Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010, at Wake Forest University Medical Center in Winston-Salem. The Tribble family has entrusted the funeral arrangements to Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home & Crematory in Newton.
