Volunteer cross-country coach Lomax passes away

A longtime volunteer track and field coach for Maiden and Fred T. Foard high schools passed away this week.

Ricky Lomax, who spent time with both the Blue Devils’ and Tigers’ track and field programs, passed away this past Sunday at his home. He was 54 years old.
