Two-truck collision causes slow traffic

N.C. 10 W traffic was slowed Friday due to a two truck collision at Dove Street. Newton Police officials said the two trucks collided at 11:32 a.m. when the driver of the Red Dodge believed he could make him turn before the Ford reached him. The driver and passenger of the Ford were both transported by Catawba County EMS to CVMC with non-life threatening injuries.
