Two convicted in Baker’s Dozen case

District Attorney James C. Gaither, Jr announces the convictions of Mark Allan Biddix, 42, of Hickory, NC, and Thaddeus Lane Parker, 42, of Connelly Springs, NC in Catawba County Criminal Superior Court this week. Biddix was convicted of (F) Possess / Distribute Methamphetamine Precursor Chemicals (10 counts), (F) Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine (2 counts), (F) Manufacture Methamphetamine and (F) Continuing Criminal Enterprise and was sentenced to no less than 100 months and no more than 132 months in the North Carolina Division of Adult Correction. Parker was convicted of (F) Possess / Distribute Methamphetamine Precursor Chemicals (7 counts), (F) Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine (2 counts), (F) Manufacture Methamphetamine, (F) Conspiracy to Possess / Distribute Methamphetamine Precursor Chemicals
