Clay Douglas Sipe, 50, of Jim Beard Road, Maiden passed away Sunday, January 8, 2012 at his residence.  Burke Mortuary in Maiden is serving the Sipe Family.

Grover “Bosco” Robinson Jr., 65, of Newton, died Friday, Jan. 6, 2011, at his residence.

Virginia Travis Leatherman, 71, of Newton, died Jan. 6, 2012, at Carolina Rehab Center of Burke.  The Leatherman family has entrusted the funeral arrangements to Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home & Crematory in Newton.

James “Jim” Archie Hill, 88, of Mt. Pleasant Road, Sherrills Ford, died at the Sherrills Ford Hospice House in Sherrills Ford on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012, his family surrounding him as he went home to be with the Lord.  Condolences may be made to the family at www.cavin-cook.com.
