Barbara Hill Marlow, 67, of Hickory, died Friday, Sept. 10, 2010, at Palliative CareCenter & Hospice of Catawba Valley.  A celebration of Barbara’s life will be at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Scott Frady will officiate. The family will receive friends following the ceremony.

Vivian Michele Walker, 39, of Conover, died Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2010, at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory after a courageous battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, in the Chapel of Drum Funeral Home in Conover.
