Betty Lee McAlister Vaughan, age 80, formerly of Maiden passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 25, 2012.

Argene Lou Green Hunter , 87 passed away peacefully to be with the Lord Monday, June 25, 2012 at Palliative Care Center and Hospice of Catawba Valley.  Memorials may be given to First United Methodist Church of Conover, North Carolina, Circle-2 Mission Fund, P.O. Box 235 Conover, NC 28613.
