Mildred Ann Huffman Setzer, 65, of Hickory, slipped away peacefully and went to be with the Lord on July 18, 2012 at Palliative CareCenter and Hospice of Catawba Valley. The Setzer family has entrusted funeral arrangements to Drum Funeral Home, 940 29th Ave NE, Hickory.  

Cynthia Ann Wilkinson Kale, 60, of Newton died Monday, July 16, 2012 at Abernathy Laurels in Newton. Memorials may be made to Mt. Anderson Baptist Church.
