“You get to be friends with the customers,” Brittain said.
The old-fashioned hardware store prides themselves on greeting every customer that comes through the door. Brittain said he wanted people would be asked to much rather than not asked at all. Brittain said along with great customer service, their visitors can expect quality products from hardware to paint to cleaning supplies. The store has also services Ezgo golf carts. Brittain said the store tries to keep all types of merchandise and has had customers come in and only find something at their store. He said they also tell customers if they don't have it they will find it for them.
