Schools adopting new calendar

Calendar changes across the state will change the look of the school year.

The 2012-2013 school calender will be the last of its kind of Catawba County as new school calendar requirements become effective July 2013.

“With the new changes to the calendar the state school board made, its getting harder and harder to build a calendar,” said Pat Hensley Catawba County Schools Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources.
