School board honors National Board Certifications

Catawba County Schools held a reception on Tuesday, April 16 at 4 p.m. for teachers who achieved National Board Certification and who renewed their certification.

There are 207 teachers and four administrators in the Catawba County Schools system who have earned National Board certification.
  
On Tuesday, 20 teachers were honored at the reception. Twelve teachers renewed their certification, while CCS had eight new certifications.
