Red Devils seek input on football coach

Newton-Conover High School will host a meeting at 7 p.m. Monday in its media center to gather input on the qualities the community would like to see the school's next football coach possess.

The school encourages those who can't attend the meeting to send their input to new school athletic director and assistant principal Billy Leeson at billy_leeson@nccs.k12.nc.us.

The Red Devils' longtime coach, Nick Bazzle, is leaving Catawba County to coach Alexander Central's football team.
