PREP NOTEBOOK: Tigers bounce back on diamond

Fred T. Foard bounced back from a defeat Tuesday to Alexander Central, knocking off South Caldwell 4-0.

Lexi Shubert drove in two RBIs on two singles. She also pitched seven innings, striking out 10 and walking four.

Mackenzie Dziendiel also drove in a run in the Foard (13-2) victory.

St. Stephens 5, Hibriten 0

Molli Huffman drove in two runs, while Katie Baker and Briana Clontz drove in one each to lead the Lady Indians to the conference victory.

Baker pitched seven innings, striking out 13 Hibriten batters, and allowed two walks and two hits.
