Parade of Cans

In the midst of this years Soldiers Reunion parade and festivities The Corner Table soup kitchen will be having their second annual “Parade of Cans” food drive.

Jim Graham, one of the Stockroom volunteers, is the founder of the big idea for the Parade of Cans event and is so happy with how this idea has blossomed into helping the Newton community.

"If everyone at the parade just brought one can and dropped it off to us," Graham said. "Then we would probably have about two to three tons to help out and make great meals for our friends."
