Newton hosts July 4 pool bash

Looking for something “cool” to do locally this July 4th?

The Newton Parks & Recreation Department is planning an “Independence Day Splash Bash” at the city of Newton Swimming Pool on Wednesday, 1-6 p.m.

For the price of pool admission, area residents can visit the pool for a refreshing swim, and join in games, contests, and activities for the entire family.
