NCHSAA releases soccer brackets, 6 teams qualify

The North Carolina High School Association (NCHSAA) released its boys prep soccer playoff brackets on Monday.

Below are the six match ups featuring Catawba County schools, which will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 31:

2A playoffs
Bandys (6-13) at Shelby (16-4-1)
Bunker Hill (10-8-1) at Brevard (10-4-1)
Newton-Conover (12-6-1) at Owen (19-1)

3A playoffs
Fred T. Foard (15-7-1) at East Henderson (17-3-1)
South Point (9-11) at Hickory (22-1)
St. Stephens (13-6-2) at West Henderson (16-5-2)
