Man charged in sexual assault on teen

A Southeast Catawba County man faces child sexual assault and kidnapping charges after being arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office.
Matthew Dylan Miller, 22, of 2434 Wellesbourne Lane, Sherrills Ford was arrested Wednesday and charged with one felony county each of taking indecent liberties with a child and second-degree kidnapping, according to a statement from the Sheriff's
Office.

Miller is accused of attacking a 13-year-old victim who was spending the night with several friends on Sept. 28 at a residence in Denver.
