Maiden water line work continues

Construction crews continued work on a Main Street water line replacement project Thursday in Maiden.
The project is replacing one of the oldest water lines in the town and relocating a line from beneath the street to underneath the sidewalk.
Maiden officials say the line has broken several times the past several years due to buildup in a pipe.
