Maiden council tables town hall talks

Maiden’s Town Council wants more information before it makes a final decision about a proposed new town hall.

Council members agreed Monday they wanted an idea of what the next fiscal year’s budget looks like before they decide on the proposed $2 million headquarters.

“Because we had two new council members, we wanted to see what a preliminary budget looks like before they decide it,” said Maiden Town Manager Todd Herms.
