Luncheon covers issues

Business minds, owners and interested citizens joined the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, Jan. 23 for its annual Legislative Issues Luncheon. The luncheon was served to it’s full room of guests at the Crowne Plaza in Hickory.
 
During the luncheon, guests enjoyed a meal as well an informational presentations by two guest speakers, President of North Carolina Chamber, Lew Ebert and Vice president of Ebenconcepts Company, David Smith. The topics during the afternoon ranged from future job planning to how Obamacare will affect businesses.
