The Hickory Crawdads host the visiting Delmarva Shorebirds at L.P. Frans Stadium at noon today. Despite storms in the area late this morning, the game started on time.

The Crawdads are 18-14 in the second half and 54-47 overall, while the Shorebirds are 13-18 in the second half and 41-59 overall.

The series between the two teams is tied, 1-1. Hickory won 8-1 on Monday, while Delmarva took game two on Tuesday, 7-3.
