The Observer News Enterprise is live at Time Warner Cable Arena for an NBA match up between the Charlotte Bobcats (11-37) and the Boston Celtics (27-23).

The Bobcats have lost their last seven games, while the Celtics come off of a 118-114 victory in three overtimes on Sunday against the Denver Nuggets.

First quarter

Second quarter
With 8:35 left in the first half, the Bobcats trail 33-29.

The Celtics stretch out their lead to 40-32 with 6:46 left in the first half. Chris Wilcox with a slam, forcing a Bobcats' timeout.

Charlotte scores a couple of buckets after the break, cutting its deficit in half. Boston calls timeout trailing 40-36.

Kemba Walker's steal and dunk cuts Boston's lead to three points, 44-41, in waning seconds of first half.

Eleven seconds left in the first half. Boston calls timeout after Charlotte's Bismack Biyombo gets a thunderous block Jeff Green.

Third quarter
Bobcats take lead at 6:44 mark of third quarter on a pair of Kemba Walker free throws. 'Cats are up 58-57.

Charotte leads 60-59 during a TV timeout at the 5:43 mark of the third quarter.

Despite an early Boston run to start the quarter, a lay up by Gerald Henderson with 3:58 left in the game gives the Bobcats a 85-84 lead.

Jason Terry makes a 3-pointer and Kevin Garnett makes a jumper on back-to-back Boston possessions, pushing the Celtics ahead 89-85 with 2:46 remaining in regulation.

Gerald Henderson hits a 3-pointer with just under a minute left to pull Charlotte within one point, 91-90. Jason Terry misses a trey on the ensuing Boston possession, Mullens records his 17th rebound and the 'Cats call timeout. Setting up an exciting finish.

Ramon Sessions hits a jumper off of a screen by Kemba Walker with 25.7 seconds left to give Charlotte a 92-91 lead.

Kevin Garnett misses a jumper with 16 seconds to go, Byron Mullens records his career-high 18th rebound and Boston's Jason Terry fouls Kemba Walker, who makes 2-of-2 free throws in the clutch.
