Fans of the Bunker Hill football team will notice a new, yet familiar look this upcoming season.

The Bears will sport Nike jerseys, which were previously worn by the Lenoir-Rhyne University football team.

L-R announced a new partnership this past week with Under Armour to supply the school’s athletic programs with uniforms.

The Bunker Hill football team wore its new jerseys for the first time on Wednesday during its photo day.

The only change to these jerseys was a Bunker Hill patch sewn over the Lenoir-Rhyne logo just above the numbers on the front of each uniform.

Bunker Hill kicks off its football season on Aug. 23 at home against the Cherryville Ironmen.
