Lady Bucs move to 14-0, top Johnson and Wales

The CVCC volleyball team continued its roll so far this season on Tuesday, knocking off Johnson and Wales University in three-straight sets 26-24, 25-16 and 26-24.

Jennifer Beatty led CVCC (14-0, 6-0) with 10 kills, while Leah Watts added seven kills and four aces.

Other stat leaders for the Lady Bucs include Hannah Lewis with 17 digs, Lacy Goodson with 24 assists and Kailey Russell with three blocks.

CVCC travels to Toccoa Falls College on Thursday before returning home Friday, Oct. 5 for a tri-match against Wake Tech Community College and Wilkes Community College.
