Justin Harper continuing football dream in Canada

When his dream of playing professional football nearly ended, Justin Harper remained positive.

Now, the former Bandys and Virginia Tech standout wide receiver is playing football in Canada for the Saskatechwan Roughriders, who kick off their season tonight against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
