The Charlotte Bobcats were busy signing players for the second-straight day on Friday.

Forward Josh McRoberts re-signed with Charlotte for a deal reportedly worth two years and $5.5 million.

McRoberts’ new contract also reportedly includes a second-year player option.

McRoberts was acquired by the Bobcats from the Orlando Magic during the Feb. 21 NBA trade deadline for forward Hakim Warrick.

A former Duke standout, McRoberts averaged 9.3 points and 7.2 rebounds in 26 games for the ‘Cats last season, including 19 games started.

McRoberts re-signing adds even more depth to the Bobcats' front court.

Charlotte drafted Indiana power forward Cody Zeller with the fourth pick in this year’s NBA Draft and signed former Utah center Al Jefferson to a contract on Thursday.
