Johnson, Bumgarner take part in 49ers "Fall Finale"

Two former Catawba County high school football standouts took part in Saturday's "Fall Finale" for the Charlotte 49ers football program.

Former Maiden and current UNCC quarterback Matt Johnson, as well as former St. Stephens standout and current 49ers offensive lineman/long snapper Zach Bumgarner, took part in the scrimmage.

The 49ers kick off their first-ever season of college football on Aug. 31, 2013 against Campbell University.
