Newton City Manager Todd Clark speaks to Newton 101 Citizens Academy members Thursday. The group toured the raw water intake at Jacob Fork river, the city’s water treatment plant and wastewater treatment plant. Over 20 participants are enrolled in Newton’s citizen academy.
