Hickory ousts Henderson Co. on diamond, 9-1

Hickory Post 48 picked up another win in Area IV Western Division play, knocking off Henderson County at Henkel-Alley Field on Wednesday, 9-1.
With the victory, Hickory improves to 12-2 overall and 9-1 in the Area IV Western Division.
Henderson County falls to 6-12 overall and 1-8 in Western Division play.
Post 48 is back in action on Friday, taking on Moundsville (W.Va.) at 6 p.m. at Henkel-Alley Field. Hickory defeated Moundsville on Tuesday in six innings, 12-2.
