William Raymond “W.R.” Lutz, Jr., 88, of Settlemyre Bridge Road, Newton, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 6 at Frye Regional Medical Center, Hickory following a brief illness. George Howard Rhinehardt, 71, died Jan.  28, 2013.  The burial will follow the service at Central Cemetery, will be held on Friday, Feb. 8, at 1 p.m. at Burke Mortuary Chapel in Newton.
