Dog Days of Summer

With the final hottest summer months right around the corner, more humid and hot conditions are on the way. With summer events, practices and even jobs keeping people out in the heat, knowing how to stay cool is a crucial part of the summer.

Heat stroke is the third largest death toll amongst high school athletes and young children behind neck and head injuries, which causes most of the organs to shut down and causes life-threatening emergencies, according to experts in the medical field.
