'Dads down Intimidators in Hickory, 4-3

Rougned Odor hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the first, while right fielder Zach Cone drove in two RBIs to lead Hickory to a 4-3 victory against Kannapolis at L.P. Frans Stadium.

Kone hit a solo home run in the sixth inning and plated the eventual game-winning tally in the bottom of the eight inning on a single to shallow left that scored shortstop Luis Sardinas.

The Crawdads improve to 7-5 on the season, while the Intimidators fall to 6-6.

Hickory and Kannapolis play the second of a three-game series at L.P. Frans Stadium tomorrow at 6 p.m.
