Catawba County crime, May 3

The Catawba County Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests and incidents this week.
Arrests
* Anthony Chad Shalk, 19, of Hickory, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and drug violations. He was held in the Catawba County Detention Center on a $1,500 secured bond.
* Bobby Andrew Fox, 48, of Hickory, was arrested on charges of failure to wear a seat belt and driving while license revoked.
* Matthew Allen Morgan, 26, of Hickory, was arrested on order for arrest. He was held in the Catawba County Detention Center on a $500 secured bond.
* Illah Takin Brown, 26, of Hickory, was arrested on charges of non-support/non-payment of alimony. He was held in the Catawba County Detention Center, and his bond was set at $715.
* Brandon Lee Yarborough, 18, of Newton, was arrested on charges of failure to appear, assault and battery. He was held in the Catawba County Detention Center on a $500 secured bond.
* Brandon Scott Hicks, 24, of Newton, was arrested on charges of failure to appear-driving while impaired, failure to appear-driving while license revoked and failure to appear-operating a vehicle with no insurance. He was held in the Catawba County Detention Center on a $2,500 secured bond.
* Keyamber Nicole Chilsom, 21, of Maiden, was arrested on charges of simple physical assault. She was held in the Catawba County Detention Center on a $500 unsecured bond.
* Taylor Marie Mcintosh, 20, of Conover, was arrested on an order of arrest. She was held in the Catawba County Detention Center on a $500 secured bond.
* Timika Rochelle Fleming, 18, of Maiden, was arrested on a charge of simple physical assault. She was held in the Catawba County Detention Center on a $500 unsecured bond.
* Bobby Lee Keener, 40, of Newton, was arrested on charges of driving while license revoked and simple assault. He was held in the Catawba County Detention Center on a $600 secured bond.
Incidents
* Thieves stole $155 worth of goods from a residence at 4674 N.C. 16 in Conover. Items stolen included a black laptop, loose change and a metal-frame, sliding-glass door
* Thieves took items worth $1,545 from inside a van. The incident happened at 7104 Sherrills Ford Road in Sherrills Ford.
