Alexander Central coaching hire looms

Alexander Central High School expects to have a new head football coach after a board of education meeting Wednesday.

Alexander Central High School Principal Doug Rhoney told The O-N-E on Monday that the three finalists for the position include Newton-Conover High School head football coach Nick Bazzle.

Coaches from Reidsville and R.J. Reynolds were also included on the short list Rhoney detailed to The O-N-E on Monday.
