For the second-straight week, the Bunker Hill football team will be without a key member of its coaching staff.

The Bunker Hill volleyball team scored their its conference victory of the season at home against the Lady Wildcats on Tuesday 25-19, 25-19 and 25-17.
Krissy Helms led the Lady Bears (2-8, 1-2) with 17 digs and 19 assists. Megan Fair and Chyenne Pump each added nine kills. Chelsey Lamm added six kills and four aces.

The Catawba Valley Community College volleyball team picked up its second win of the season in shutout fashion on Tuesday, knocking off the Davidson County Community College Lady Storm in three-straight sets 25-23, 25-16 and 25-16.
The Lady Bucs (2-0, 1-0) were led by Jennifer Beatty, who tallied 10 kills, while teammate Kailey Russell added seven kills.
