Pearl Yvonne Sigmon Hedrick, 75 of Conover, passed away Wednesday, Dec.29, 2010, at Palliative Carecenter Hospice of Catawba Valley. Bass-Smith Funeral Home is serving the family of Pearl Sigmon Hedrick.
Allen Michael Bowman, 20, of Newton, died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at Palliative CareCenter & Hospice of Catawba Valley after a lengthy battle with cancer. The funeral service will be at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel.
