FOREST, Va. - Emory & Henry College junior linebacker Paul Forney has been named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week, ODAC officials announced Sunday.
The Newton native wins the award for the second time in his career. Last season, Forney was selected for weekly honors after the Waspsâ€™ victory over Maryville on Sept. 8.
