Tigers edge Bears, set their sights on Indians

Fighting in a second five-set volleyball match this season with Bunker Hill on Monday, the Fred T. Foard volleyball team persevered once again.

The Lady Tigers overcame a 2-1 deficit to win two-straight sets and the match against the Lady Bears 14-25, 25-15, 22-25, 25-21 and 15-10.

Fred T. Foard earned yet another shutout on the soccer field on Monday with a 6-0 victory against South Caldwell.

The Tigers, who now have nine shut outs on the season, improve to 11-1 overall and 2-1 in Northwestern 3A/4A play.

The Spartans fall to 2-8 overall 0-3 in NWC play.
