Down two sets in its home volleyball game against Bunker Hill on Monday, the Fred T. Foard volleyball team rallied.

Foard went on to win the deciding fifth set to remain unbeaten, 25-20, 18-25, 18-25, 27-25 and 15-8.
Catawba Valley Community College and Hickory Post 48 pitcher Robert Whaley has committed to play baseball for Appalachian State next fall.
