Funeral arrangements are set for a mother and 13-month-old daughter killed Wednesday morning in a crash on N.C. 150 in Catawba County.
Tisa Michelle Strickland Dellinger, 26, and her daughter, Payton Michelle Dellinger, died when their Pontiac car struck a tractor-trailer carrying 30,000 pounds of concrete. The crash happened near the highway's intersection with N.C. 16.
