Lampe, Tate claim N-C's third-straight doubles title

Make it three in a row for Newton-Conover.

The Red Devils duo of Ryan Lampe and John Tate claimed the third-straight tennis state championship at the Cary Tennis Center on Saturday.

Lampe and Tate defeated Salisbury's Alan Lebowitz and Abraham Post in 1-of-2 semifinal match-ups 6-1, 6-2.
