The St. Stephens wrestling team tuned up for Saturday's 41st Annual Indian Classic by hosting a tri-match with Ashbrook and Ashe County on Wednesday.
The Indians swept their matches on the evening, improving to 5-2 on the season.

The CVCC men's basketball team fell in a close contest Wednesday against ninth-ranked Div. I Spartanburg Methodist, 68-62.
Three Buccaneers were in double figures, including Josh McClain with 12 points. Preston Earle and Anthony Hilliard both added 10 points for CVCC (6-2).
Dajohn Rowland scored a game-high 14 points for Spartanburg Methodist (10-0), while Ronell Crocket added 12 points.

After an atrocious 1-for-10 night at the free throw line last week, Al Horford decided to spend extra time working on his foul shots.
"That's one of the things I always work on, and I got away from it a little bit," he said. "I think it showed when I went in that little slump."
His recent effort seems to have paid off.
